Each class is different and so your body doesn't get used to doing the same thing over and over. I'm sore in different places after each class and I always feel like I have had a great workout. “If you are not interested in showing off and artificially boosting your ego, this is the best gym. It has a vast amount of well maintained fitness equipment, showers and lockers, and lots of free perks. It DOESN'T have 2 indoor olympic sized swimming pools, a quarter mile indoor track, an onsite masseuse, or a juice bar, but it's also not $200 a month. Black card members get unlimited access to both stand-up tanning and tanning beds, a massage bed, massage chairs, and some kind of thing I don't get that vibrates fat off or something. Honestly, I'm not sure what it does. All members get access to free group training with the personal trainer, and if your days are free, you may get one-on-one training as the groups can be very, very small. Otherwise, it's clean, it's well maintained, most stuff works most of the time, and people tend to leave you alone to do your thing and get out. Oh, and the staff is either very friendly or leaves you alone entirely unless you have a question or a need. This seems to be generally the case, across the board, at all locations since you can go to any location in the US with the black card.”

I had not been to a dentist in a few years. They were extremely professional and my teeth are in excellent condition. Yet, I take really good care of my teeth. No cavities! My teeth health is excellent and I was leery due to people claiming they were over charged. Not true! Also, I needed a crown, that fell out over a year ago, replaced. I went in for my cleaning, which was easy peasy because I take awesome care of my teeth and got lots of compliments on that! Then they took care of my crown the same day! THAT is what makes my new chosen dental practice SO great!”

“This was our first time at a Barber Shop. Everyone was so warm and inviting. I had no idea that they only took cash or check and I was mortified because it was nearly our turn. 🤦🏻♀️ The gentleman that cut my son’s hair (wish I’d asked his name) was kind enough to offer to let me run to the bank after the cut and come back. I was blown away. THEN a young man in the shop walked up and handed me cash for my son’s haircut, as a pay it forward gesture. The entire experience was so wonderful. We are forever customers now. “I have been visiting this clinic for several years. My most recent visit was for my annual physical and I had a great experience. I arrived early for my appointment; the staff was prepared and took me right in. The place was clean and the staff members were friendly. The NP took time to explain what he was doing and why certain tests were run. I receieved a call a couple of days later with results from my lab work; the staff member explained my results and gave me ideas on how to improve my health. I will definitely be coming back next year for my annual check-up. I hope not to get sick, but if I do, I will call MJFC!!”
