“I took two of my children in for their yearly eye exams and a third for her first eye exam. I wasn't too impressed with the girl (Kayleigh) who checked us in because she was quite abrupt and kept hoovering over the tech that was doing the eye exams. However, the tech (Hana) was wonderful, kind, and very patient with all 3 kids. She explained exactly what she was doing which was a huge help. That little extra time explaining made a huge difference to the children. The doctor and everyone else were great and we were very pleased with our appointment.”
