I asked could I order some oysters to go and he said they don’t have them as a to go item, but the young lady who was assisting him suggested I order them and eat them at the bar while we waited for our food, she was very sweet and welcoming. So I took the young lady up on her offer and went to the bar, the bartender wasn’t very friendly either, she saw me but was hesitant to speak. I ordered the oysters and a strawberry peach margarita, everything was delicious but the service. Hopefully the next time we visit the customer service will be much better!!”

“We were pleasantly surprised by this little out-of-the-way place. There was a large parking lot with ample handicap spots available. The lobby was spacious, plenty of room if there would be a wait. We were there around 1 pm with a large party of 20 adults, always a challenge when eating out together, and seated almost immediately. The service was simply excellent and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very pleased with their meal. They offer a full-size menu, (I mean HUGE!) something that most restaurants eliminated during Covid and didn't bring back. (If you say the menu is "typical," then you're just plain impossible to please and nothing ever makes you happy.) With that, there are lunch options until 3 p.m., and plenty of affordable menu options in addition to more complex dishes. The salsa runs on the hotter side which we absolutely loved. I ordered Pollo San Juan and it was, hands down, the BEST Mexican meal I've had in ages! It had the best combo of flavors and the cheese sauce was out of this world! Hubby ordered Texas Fajitas and he was equally pleased. If you're looking for some great, authentic Mexican food, this would certainly be worth the drive around Middle Tennessee. This place is over an hour from our home but we WILL be back!”

“Yesterday, I met up with a friend to have lunch here. It was nice and clean. It was kind of empty and quiet other than us and a few other diners. Our waitress was kind and kept checking on us. My friend and I enjoyed their chips with salsa and their guacamole mexicano. It was delicious and fresh! We also enjoyed some frozen margaritas that were so delicious too. I had the Frozen Strawberry Margarita. My friend had the Frozen Lime Margarita. We plan to return soon. I hope our next visit is just as pleasant as this one.”

Thornton Tanker driver at the wrong location directed me to this location, very Thankful! Great place clean about 10 places to park , clean restroom, had plenty of pre prepared breakfast sandwiches coffee, just clean crisp feeling my whole experience. Diesel was only $3.39 per gallon here and at the major chain truck stop it is approximately .50 cents higher. Thank you all Thornton's associates to make it a great place. God bless”

“So I got the I think number 11 which is a drum and thigh with 2 fixings. I wanted an extra side of coleslaw but I didn't see the price or the sizes. I admit I wear thick glasses and I'm going blind rapidly but I said I just want the tiniest coleslaw you have. Well I guess they only have 2 sizes and the smallest is around $3. Coleslaw is just cabbage, some tiny shredded carrots and like a mayo water sauce with light seasonings. Not worth $3 dollars in my opinion. It's more principle over finance. So I asked the guy at the window if I could please remove it from the order. He asked why and I told him. They removed it from the order but still gave it to me to try it and see if it's worth the money. So these are stand up guys working there. I didn't want anything for free, I just didn't want to pay $3 for cabbage. That's on Bojangles corporate not the employees just fyi. Food is good and hot. Good experience all around.
