“Need to thank the officers on duty last night publicly and apologize to one in particular, I was having trouble getting in touch with my teenage daughter last night we had a disagreement on how she is supposed to act and tried for hours to reach her with no success, and knowing these boys have bigger problems I reached out to them for help and the officer that picked up was not giving the answer I wanted he was giving the answer he was supposed to and I didn’t want to hear that and ashamed to say I lost my temper but he never wavered from his duty or his composure, and to you sir I apologize. Needless to say the boys went above and beyond to ease my worries they were professional all the way around and truth be told they should have reached through the phone and strangled me …, they physically got in touch with my daughter for me who was safe from any harm and made a phone call to me the guy who was acting like a crazy person to let me know she’s fine …. For that gentleman I thank you … you really are true heroes. You should be treated with nothing but respect. Thanx”

“After researching their reviews, my wife and I drove there from Clarksville to see their facility and to drop off some watches for repair. We took four down there and they were able to repair all but one which we hoped we could get repaired but it was doubtful! They are not easy to find in the building. Their location isn't obvious because they have no signage, but I understand why. We called them and the Big Kahuna himself came out to meet us and introduced us to Joseph, one of the watch repair supervisors. He examined each watch and we got claim tickets for each. Repairs took a week and the prices were very reasonable for what they did. First Class Mail from there took a day to get to Clarksville. Items were very well-packed with each watch in its own bubble wrap cocoon along with a photo of the item and the ticket describing the work needed. My old Seiko watch as all polished up and looked better than it has in years! I will use them again. Thanks for the great service.”

“I tell y'all what ..I'd give this store a 10 star rating if I could. I love this store. It's like a mini fancy supermarket. The place is loaded with small displays of gourmet snacks an sweets. They also support products from local businesses. An guess what? THEY HAVE THE BEST DONUTS! OMG I hit the donuts immediately when I walk in. Lots of folks I talk to describe it as a high dollar grocery. FYI...if you shop the weekly deals, you will save money. Their meat is so good. They even mark it down some if it's close to sell by date. The rotisserie chickens are amazing. It's all handicap accessible, they have restrooms, there's a restaurant.. and you won't believe what else.....A GOSH DARN DRIVE THRU. Oh and you can fuel up there too. “My daughter and I went to Epic Park Meadows to buy helmets, goggles and ski pants. We had the good fortune to connect with Judy. She was absolutely amazing!!! She told us she was a mother and grandmother and wanted to make sure that we left the store and were safe to hit the slopes. She had us try on a number of helmets to find the exact right fit. She had us wear goggles and took us outside to make sure we could see in the daylight. She had so much patience with us and thought of everything we should be thinking about with our expensive purchase.
