“Let me start by saying that when I moved to Frayser a few years ago I literally went into every store on Watkins and 51 North looking for a place to call my regular store. This marathon became it fairly quickly. First off they do not sell beer so it’s very rare for me to be hustled for change or for any kind of disturbance to kick off here. I go to this store at-least once a day and have for three years now with only one altercation and it was handled quickly and with help from the counter staff. Sadly in Memphis if you sell beer you attract a lot of trouble in the tougher parts of town. I take my sons in here as well and have never ever had a bad time. I’ve asked them to order a certain drink I like and guess what they did and do. Prices are what you expect for any gas station but the service is great. They are friendly no dead eyes or bad attitudes unlike the stores all around them. A safe spot to stop”

“I had been in the market for a new car for a few months. I knew what I was looking for, which in the middle of a national car shortage did not make it the most easy task. However, Trevor and the sales manager Mike went above and beyond to make this a seamless process. From the first time meeting with them they gave me every detail I needed to buy a car with a confidence. While other dealerships are taking advantage of the current shortage and pricing vehicles well over sticker price, Hallmark Hyundai stands apart for honoring the sticker price and treating their customers like family. They worked with me to find the exact vehicle I was looking for, from the exterior to interior details. They kept me informed of when a vehicle could be expected to arrive and contacted me promptly as soon as one did. This is the second purchase I have made from Hallmark and I'm sure I will be back. I have been involved in the purchasing process at other dealerships, which took all day. That is not the case at Hallmark Hyundai. Once the vehicle arrived I was in and out quickly, leaving with my new keys in hand. I also have to give props to the financial manager who did not try to oversell me or pressure me into buying additional warranties I was not interested in.
