“Jones Hill is a really fun trail. There's not much uphill/downhill but is not a smooth ride. There are plenty of roots and rocks to navigate through, so a different kind of technical. This was the first mountain bike trail I've been on in over a decade but would highly recommend. Wasn't sure the total distance until after, but decided to ride the entire loop. The trails are well marked staring with the gray trail, orange trail, blue, then the red trail. The total distance is about 9 miles, and took me an hour an half to finish. I had a great time, just wish it was a little closer to East Nashville.”

“Really nice place for a long weekend getaway with friends! This was my 2nd stay here. Very comfortable accommodations for all 16 women on our annual knitting retreat... lots of good living area space to eat, chat, and craft together. Main floor has wheelchair and handicapped accesdible rooms. Kitchen is adequate -- we bring our own meals and share prep and cleanup. Next year (we've already booked it!) we will bring a couple of good knives and a good fry pan. They are supplied but not exactly chef material :-) Gteat place for hikers to take walks and a wonderful wrap around porch to catch rays ad chat.”

I had consultations with several orthodontists before meeting Dr. Alex. At all the others, I felt like just a number in a line and even had one recommend I get full adult braces for at least a year. Dr. Alex and Maleah were extremely welcoming and did genuinely (pun intended) care about me as a person. Dr. Alex was able to do his in-house aligners in half the time at about half the price! Bonus points that literally no one noticed I had aligners, and I teach music lessons to 25 students a week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
