“(1 Stars) We had this company come out and give us an estimate on a repair, we decided to move forward with the repair of the roof because the price was very reasonable! The company called to schedule the repair, but told us that it was weather permitting because the snow that was moving in! The day the repair was scheduled it was way too icy to be on a roof so I assumed they’d call to reschedule the repair for another day. It’s been months now and no communication has been made whatsoever! We have called and emailed multiple times with no reply! UPDATE to 4 Stars: Tomas reached out to us ASAP, explained, and apologized. He was at our house and had everything fixed within 24 hrs! He was a super nice guy and I understand things happen. I will most likely give him another call if I ever need roof work again.”

“I had a transfer case output seal repair done the day prior on a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 at another shop 300 miles behind me…fluid slinging everywhere, I pulled in to this place and they were second to none. Great guys! Not only did they correct another shops mistakes and get me back on the road, they did it that day. I couldn’t ask for a better shop! I highly recommend these guys. Kudos to Stephen the tech who is incredibly knowledgeable! It’s hard to find great diesel mechanics working for great diesel shops! This is the spot.”

“My wife decided she wanted a complete upgrade of two bathrooms in our house in Cordova. After checking around we decided on Source One Construction for the project. We were convinced from our first meeting with Jeff that he had the background, the skills and the vision to lay out what we wanted and do it all in layman’s terms that we could easily understand. He listened to our “want list” and transformed that into a complete layout of what they would do - how they would do it - how long it would take - and how much it would cost. He transferred his complete confidence of what he would do and how he would do it over to us - and we put down a deposit and proceeded. Jeff took charge of the project and while he had various skilled crews come in for various aspects of the project - he was actually a very hands-on person. After the first week it felt like a member of the family coming over every day. Jeff ensured that everything was done professionally and to code. He ensured the work site was cleaned at the end of each day. Jeff was attentive to every detail of the entire project - no matter how small the detail. “Every single person I interacted with at Dr. Boatright’s office was extremely patient and kind. From the receptionist to Dr. Boatright to the X-ray tech to the women in the lab. Everyone explained in detail what would happen at each step of the process and showed a lot of empathy and concern. “Appointment was at 07:30PM and I arrived at 04:00PM, they checked me in and got me a door but I wasn't loaded until 07:45PM, the were done at 09:00PM. The check in process is quite fast. You need to text a phone number and they'll send you a link that you need to fill up. If you're getting loaded, once they're done you need to stop by the scale. It weighs each axle which was really nice. Not bad at all, it would've been nicer if I got loaded right away haha. No complains really, plenty of space for backing, very nice people.”
