I was fortune to get a scholarship and my local church in Seattle helped pay the rest . I can say the staff went above and beyond and really cared! This about 2010-2011 . The program was not easy as the diet goes but it was worth it ! I was clear minded for about three months afterwards and staff helps you along the way. Karen was pretty great! , one the teachers there as well as Cheryl Green the executive director. I do prefer this location to the San Diego one. I think what makes this place great is the support you get from the other guest's as well as the small tight community . OHI Austin is a much smaller group of guest's but the grounds and building are really nice and it is on 14 aces in a quiet remote are outside of Austin. -
