Challenging, Inspiring, and Support! My daughter and her club volleyball trained with Uplifted Performance this past season and not only did it keep the girls in shape, the confidence on the court was phenomenal. My daughter has grown SO much as an athlete and in her game as well. The Coaches truly care about their athletes and believe in them and what they can achieve!! Outstanding Coach and training program offered at Uplifted Performance, my daughter has trained with him for the last three years. We sought out a strength trainer that specialized in injury prevention and got so much more! Coach Rico supports his athletes from all aspects of training focusing on the mind, body, and soul. He teams with experts in the community and brings the A-team to these student-athletes it is truly world-class. The amount of heart and passion he puts into each athlete is truly amazing and it shows in the results.

In 15 years of taking care of athletes, I have never seen a trainer who could get the results I see daily from Uplifted Athletes. Not only are these the most well trained but also the least injured athletes. Cannot our a price tag on this amazing Gym!

My daughter trained with Coach Rico at Uplifted Performance for 18 months prior to her first college soccer season. We first sought out training because she was coming back from stress fractures in both tibias. Coach Rico got her rehabilitated and then some! Training with Uplifted Performance made her a much stronger, faster, and more confident athlete. She transitioned from his gym to her college gym seamlessly. He knows what he’s doing.
