  I have been going to this gym for the last three years, and never have I felt dissatisfied with it. This gym provides so many different facilities for all of its members.

  I have been a member of the La Cantera Spa/gym— and I have to say, this place beats it (except of little amenities like lotion/shampoo/etc- Life Time only provides towels and body wash in the shower). The equipments are nice...so many to choose from. Locker rooms are clean. My favorite is the steam room. Again, La Cantera spa claims that they put some herb in the steam...now that I experienced Life Time Fitness steam room La Cantera is lying. It is so worth it EXCEPT the inconvenient schedule of their facilities. We are early birds and their rock climbing opens at 11:00 and swimming for family is at 12:00. Other than that, this is our second home.
  
  I think most complaints here are for membership cancellation thus lowering the rating. Check it out yourself before you judge.

  I train with Brad Bowen who has been my trainer for 2 years now. I had 3 previous trainers, but none could come close to Brad's innovation, outside the box thinking, and determination. Brad expects nothing but greatness from his clients, which is what you want in a trainer. Brad is not only my trainer, but has become a great friend. I highly recommend Brad!
