  Went a few days ago with my mother to be seen in the middle of a shift change. I expected it to be chaotic or turned away but I was welcomed with warmth by 2 ladies in the front. Debbie welcomed me and Alexis helped me register and took us to a room. It took about 2-5 minutes to register and was seen very fast. Matt came in to help and was very very friendly. This is not like other emergency rooms as this one is very CLEAN and EFFICIENT. You will not be disappointed as they also offer you refreshments and were given a goodie bag at the end.

  This place is extremely professional and quick! I was in and out! Debbie was so kind and was really great!! Karla was super sweet and extremely helpful! Josh was super funny and made my experience enjoyable. I love this place and appreciate their care and compassion. This is one of the best Emergency Centers i’ve been to in San Antonio.

  I can’t imagine we will be going anywhere else if we need to go to an urgent care. They were very quick to get us in and seen by the doctor who was absolutely amazing with my daughter. The nurse and receptionist were wonderful as well! Highly recommended!

  This Emergency Facility is by far the best I’ve been to. I brought my baby in and we literally walked straight into an exam room (NO WAIT) and immediately spoke with a Doctor. The entire staff (Dr. Spitz, Nurse Josh, Keith & Matt) was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to help us. Thank you!

  In an emergency no one wants tons of hassle and paperwork. They cared more about me than filling forms & my insurance. The level of care here is what health should be. Great people, simple process, great care. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was in and out very quickly with medication so I didn't have the hassle of a pharmacy later. Absolutely the best urgent care experience I have had anywhere, EVER !!!!
