I came to them after going through two rounds of poison treatments in my apartment complex after finding bed bugs. (My complex has a contract with worldwide pest control and never even suggested heat treatments) Never having an issue like this before, I blindly trusted this treatment method. When that horrific process didn't work, (the prep work alone was insanity) I knew I needed professionals. They came in and took care of our bed bug issue in ONE DAY and updated me throughout the process. The prep we had to do was a walk in the park compared to what we had to do for the spray treatment. They also worked with me on a payment plan but I was thankfully able to pay it off early. Even though the heat treatment method is more expensive than the chemical treatment, it is guaranteed to work and for the PURE HELL we went through for over a month with the pest control company our complex called out, trust me it is worth every penny! I really can't express enough how grateful I am for their amazing service, for being discrete about our issue, and helping get rid of these vermons for good!
