I got up early and took the day off expecting to be here for a long time... Well, here it is 8:15 and I am done and waiting for my bus home! They opened 10 minutes early and said that they always do, staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend going to this office. Now, what am I going to do with the rest of my day?

Was in and out within 45 minutes. Was there for updating my drivers license. Staff was nice ., joked about my old pictures because my wild hair.

Spent part of an afternoon at the DPS on New Braunfels Street talk about a crew that is overworked understaffed but yet managed to do a beautiful job. if you stuck waiting in line it's not their fault. Give them a break, they earned it. Hats off.

I was very pleased with my visit to this office. My daughter has special needs and they were extremely accommodating.I explained our situation to the lady at the front door and she made sure we were taken care of right away and helped us avoid a public meltdown.Stephanie who helped us with the ID process walked our daughter through the process and helped lessen her anxiety.

This is by far the best facility. Texas needs to use this one and go to other locations (Dallas, Houston) and teach true customer service. Stephanie helped me and she is by far the nicest DPS employee I've ever encountered. It was speedy and the wait time was only 10 min.
