“I would like to share a wonderful experience I had with the Manager of Panther Springs. I recently was looking for an apartment and was at a lose. Everywhere I went the office staff was in a hurry and seemed to not care about my questions I was asking. I came into Panther Springs on a whim, hoping I could find what I was looking for. That is where I met Kimberly. She was so sweet and helpful. She even got up and greeted me at the door asking if I would like some water before sitting down in her office. I explained what I was looking for and she immediately told me I have the perfect home for you. Would you like to go on a tour with me and see your new home. She walked slowly with me, (because I am old) but she did not think so. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I loved the apartment and she showed me everything in it. I was so nice to meet someone who knows what customer service is all about. I love my new home and the community is so beautiful. I am glad I decided to make the turn into Panther Springs. Gayle”
