  Great customer service. Delivery is always within reasonable time and they help set up. We have bought furniture on a few occasions and will continue. We have had Michael Cardenas help us out couple times and always very helpful plus professional.

  My girlfriend and I were shopping for our new home and swung by Ashley for some furniture. We had some ideas after online searching and both Scot Rivera and Todd Omodt were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jerry was able to help us find the perfect mattress as well. We definitely recommend these guys when searching for your ideal furniture!

  Great customer service! Michael was super helpful in finding exactly what we wanted! We wanted a sectional but couldn’t find the perfect one. We saw a regular couch in store and he showed us the matching sectional WITH a sleeper which was perfect for us!! Definitely coming back to finish the rest of our furniture shopping.

  John was an incredible salesman, patient and very knowledgeable! Answered ALL my questions and then helped me get a great deal! I checked out all the local furniture stores but bought from Ashley because the service and quality were the best.

  My mother and I came into your store yesterday and we had a great welcome from Clayton and he gave us a discount flyer ...as we were looking around Todd came up and asked us some questions about what he could help us with....and we shared with him, our experience was great from the information that was given to us about the quality of your merchandise, to how you all value your customers and will take the time from the beginning to the end of the purchase ...we had great conversation with Todd and know that we will come back to shop and share with others , the wonderful experience we had in your Live Oak store. Thank you Todd for being patient with us.
