“I found this company online through Yollar Deals. They had an offer where instead of using drugs to treat toenail fungus they use a laser instead. I did it about a month ago, and I can tell it's changed because the nail is growing back without looking like it's separated. I wish I would have known about this treatment before. My Podiatrist never told me about it. Too bad my insurance didn't cover it. Elia did the treatment and she was very nice and told me all about it before she did it. “My 17 year old daughter was inpatient for a week, and the time she spent there, she was very pleased with the staff. Upon discharging, it was extremely difficult to find a provider that would take her as an outpatient to continue her treatment in a timely manner. I spent days trying to call different offices and had no luck. Nothing was available any sooner than a month. In desperation, I reached out to Alicia Shank, Director of Business Development via email on a Sunday. Ms. Shank responded to me the very next day. Must I say, I was amazed at how helpful and courteous she was. She was able to find a provider for my daughter and who took her insurance. I’m happy to say she has an appointment by the end of the week. Ms. Shank and her staff go over and beyond for patients. There are no words to express how much we appreciate what she did. It’s people like her and her staff that is truly an example of excellent patient care. Thank you!”

“I moved my 85 year old widowed Momma to the Villas in February 2019 and she is so happy there. My family and I are even happier that she is so well taken care of. Natalie and Roger are my Momma’s guardian angels. I appreciate everything that they and their staff do for my mother and all of the other residents. I do not live in San Antonio and I have the greatest piece of mine even though I’m not there on a daily basis. Yet, every time I visit all of the residents are so happy. My mom has made so many friends that she has so much in common with. The facility is impeccable, the food is superb, the staff is so kind and the activities are so carefully designed to meet the needs of their elderly residents. One of my mom’s favorite activities is on Wednesday’s when they have their social hour. They have entertainment and refreshments that make me want to be there every Wednesday. Our peace of mind knowing that my Momma is so well taken care of in the safest environment is PRICELESS!!!”

“I had a wonderful experience with this facility during my dad's last few days in hospice care. I had been there 12 hours a day, every day, up until the day he passed away. The night before he passed, I asked if I could spend the night with him and the nurses were so accommodating, they even brought in a bed for me to sleep in next to him! The following day, I had stepped out to briefly to go grab something to eat when I got the call that my dad had passed. When I arrived back to his room, one of the tech's, Leslie, came looking for me. She came to tell me that she had been with my father, reading him scripture from the Bible, when he took his last breath. She cleaned up for my arrival and held me for what felt like an eternity while I cried. She even helped me take the shirt off of him so I could keep it. That woman is a blessing. The administrator, Lisa, was sweet and checked up on me throughout the entire process, she even called to check in on me a few weeks later. I am so appreciative that my dad had a place to live out his last few days and will be forever grateful of Northgate and their employees.”
