I definitely recommend this location to all my family and friends they have different clinics on the property, the wait time is a little long but over all great people working here now they accept most insurances too, the best customer service I have seen since I have been a Pt here at this office definitely need to keep check out and check in people keep up the good work”

They bend backwards to make sure their customers are comfortable offer you food, and water, have conversations with you, i guarantee you won't even feel like you're at a dentist office you'll feel at home! “Great place to workout, Owners Jason and Amy along with the coaches are very knowledgeable on proper CrossFit movements and workouts. If you’re in the Lackland area in the Army, Air Force TDY, permanent party or a civilian and looking for a gym, this is the one. It’s huge, clean, plenty of restrooms (showers even) plenty of weights and Olympic bars. You can’t beat the competitive atmosphere, it will make you push harder and you’ll come out a better version of yourself as I did.”
