The employees were busy with a truck unloading goods into the store along with prepping other orders, sandwiches for lunch, etc. When my replacement pizza came out about 10 mins later, the smiling woman at the counter said "no charge! Sorry you had to wait!" Wow! Customer service like that is in rare supply these days. Highly recommend this Casey's!”

“I love Home Chef! I've been using this service for 5 months. The ingredients are always fresh and I love that there is only exactly what you need for the meal. No waste. The quality of food for the price is excellent. The best part is the customer service. It's exceptional. I've had a couple of issues, i.e. incorrect ingredients sent, late delivery (not Home Chef fault - was FedEx fault). Whether or not it was their mistake, they responded very quickly, were apologetic, and gave credits. I've been pleased overall with all aspects of this service. It's made my life much more convenient. There are creative choices and many options for dietary preferences. I highly recommend!”

“Azu is a professional pastry chef by trade. You can really taste the difference between a pro and someone who did not. She has made 3 birthday cakes for me over the past 2 months. Her cakes are moist with just the right amount of sweetness. I don't like my cakes super sweet. She is very artistic and can come up with her own designs. She can also do any design you requests or have without any difficulty. Her pastries appears so effortless and the quality is top notch. I have been recommending her to everyone I know!”

“Front desk staff was a bit not really nice - not offensively mean but not friendly either. We specifically asked them not to clean our room during our stay because on our last stay here they had thrown out stuff that was not trash and we had to track down Housekeeping and ask for our stuff back - some we got back, some we didn't. Breakfast is pretty short, served only from 6A - 8A and there's not much to be had even if you make it.”
