He personally made sure that we had everything we needed for vocals, instrumentation, etc. The entire facility looked very clean and well-maintained. All of the equipment worked properly. The sound/acoustics were fine, for us. Great, convenient location. We all felt safe and secure in that area. My fellow bandmates enjoyed rehearsing there, as well.
