“Since day one back in May of 2018, Angie has been our go-to person at the office and we never had a problem! The environment was truly a great one and every service request was answered in a prompt and convenient manner. Andrew from maintenance was always ready to help, even during the late hours of the night. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. He was trustworthy and knew what he was doing. We are currently in the process of moving out because we needed to be closer to work but we can safely say that the only problem we had at Encore 281 was the parking. There were days where we couldn't find a spot to park after getting home from work. Overall, we have spent a great couple of years and had really made our apartment a home!”

“We moved to San Antonio less than 2 years ago and I have been looking for a good dentist ever since. This is our fourth dentist and I think it will be the one we stick with as long as we stay in San Antonio. We were happy with our last dentist, however, he is out of network with our insurance so it came down to the cost. So, after my son's cleaning last week they recommended some cavities work, and with the anticipated cost, I decided to switch to someone who is in our network. So I googled, what else, right? Oh how I wish I googled and selected Dr. Knight from the get go! Making an appointment was easy, they called couple of times to verify some insurance things and to ask if we could bring our x-rays from the old dentist. Today, we went in for my son's appointment fully expecting cavity work that will require co-pay and such. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Appointment was on time and since our old office had not forwarded x-rays at this point, they took x-rays free of charge. Dr. Knight walked in the room and spent good 45 minutes with us, just talking and explaining everything. You see, my son needs to floss better, that is where most of his cavities come from. X-rays do show early signs of cavity development but after a very thorough explanation, together with Dr. Knight we decided to take a wait and see approach. I could go on and on how wonderful he is, but I don't want this review to be too long, so...Dr. Knight was amazing, personal, talked to my son about dental hygiene, related to us, made us feel like he really cared. And I know that he does. My only regret is that I did not find him sooner and saved ourselves pain, time, and money. if you are looking for a great dentist I am telling you this is the one you want to go to. I am already dreading leaving San Antonio as I won't be able to take Dr. Knight with us! Hands down, best dentist I have ever met.”

“Very standard cvs, the reason I give it 5 stars is because of the workers. Each worker I’ve interacted with there have been very kind and go the extra mile in insuring I get what I need. Or they’ve just been extra nice and conversational when I want to talk, or not conversational when I want to just come in and out. So again, in terms of cvs, they have standard cvs stuff but great employees.”

“This is a nice facility. Good selections of firearms and ammunition. Very nice indoor range facilities. A bit on the pricey side, but I think it’s worth the cost. The staff seems knowledgeable. My only request would be for the staff to better monitor shooters on the range. Safety can always be improved. Is the rapid fire really necessary? How about hit the target first. Then shoot quicker.”

Now talking about the service. I hop out and order a burger and a coffee directly from the machine outside. “My enchiladas were cold and they'd forgotten my hand made corn tortillas. I was so hungry coming in (I had not eaten since breakfast) that I scarfed my enchiladas before notifying my waiter about the temperature and the tortillas. The manager and waiter were quick to make things right and apologized which, wasn't what I was after but it was appreciated. Their prompt and professional responses is really what changed the eating from an easy 2-3 start review to a solid 4. Thanks guys. I'll come back and hopefully by then your kitchen will have their stuff running right like it should.”
