“Our experience has always been wonderful until today because of an employee who was very rude to us. The employee is pregnant and she proceeded to use her pregnancy as an excuse for her rudeness. I understand not feeling well while going through this beautiful experience but she may need to take a leave of absence if she keeps up her rudeness. This is after all a customer service based business. We pay good money for the experience and atmosphere of having a fun friendly experience for the kids while getting a haircut. I have been here a few times and Nancy is always a delight and very professional as is the manager. I'm not expecting a red carpet treatment just some basic kindness like, "Welcome. Good morning. Hello, come inside, it's cold out." This bad experience won't prevent me from coming in the future but this is just a warning.”
