It's not just a one time thing with this company, from start to finish they're great. Ms. Sonya came out to the facility wearing, a dress and high heels, and got down on her hands and knees to look at the bottom of my generator and that was for the estimate. Jason came out a few days later because I was in a pinch and answered all of my questions, explained things to me so I could understand what was going on and I now hold all of my vendors/contractors to the same level of performance!
