“Great place to workout, Owners Jason and Amy along with the coaches are very knowledgeable on proper CrossFit movements and workouts. If you’re in the Lackland area in the Army, Air Force TDY, permanent party or a civilian and looking for a gym, this is the one. It’s huge, clean, plenty of restrooms (showers even) plenty of weights and Olympic bars.
