The meat would have been great in and of itself. For what would be a small side place if an HEB, this was a great place to go for slow and long smoked meats. I saw after I had order the great big dinosaur beef rib. I can't wait to come back and try that !”

“First time to eat here and it was delicious. We will be back! We had the cheese bread with marinara, their marinara sauce is awesome!! We had spaghetti and meat balls which was delicious. I ordered the lasagna. I am not usually a fan of restaurant lasagna because it is usually too dry. This was excellent, moist, cheesy and of course, the delicious sauce! To top it off, we had the Huey, their signature dessert! Oh my, it is sinfully delicious!! We are way too full, the food was absolutely wonderful, the atmosphere is good and the service with a smile! The prices are also very good! Again, we will definitely be back!!”

“Excellent self serve frozen yogurt store. There must be at least a dozen different flavors of fresh frozen yogurt dispensers. Lots and lots of topping choices to choose from. Grab a cup, fill it with your choice of fro-yo, proceed to the toppings area then put it on the scale. Costs 63 cents per ounce. It is just so very yummy! “Mattenga's has delicious gluten free pizza one of my sons likes to get. Also they have protein pizza I love ( also gluten free) where the crust is made with ground chicken etc. We also get the Blanca pizza with no tomatoes for my son who is allergic to them. It's nice to find a pizza place that will work around all our dietary restrictions. They get the toppings right most of the time. Their salads are delicious too.”

“This is my second time here. Last year, I decided to give it a try, probably one of the best pizza in town. If you’re traveling from out of town, you won’t regret the drive. Food is great, service is great, prices are adequate to the food and service quality. One more thing, if you order pizza it may seem little greasy, but it’s probably olive oil between the pizza and metal trade, I don’t think it’s nasty, as long as it’s not saturated.”
