“Tbh last Saturday , I came to this location with zero expectations of buying a car. I mean zero! I’ve been window shopping for a while for a Lexus but just couldn’t bring myself to trade in my Jeep. Finally, last Saturday I made my way to look at some of the IS 300 models with a very specific combination in mind. Julie, my sales rep, approached my mother and I, and helped us find the vehicle I was looking for ! She took the time to show us around even though we were just looking, she was very patient with all of our request and questions and 100% went out of the way to make sure I understood the vehicle technology functions before I left the dealership!
