I've used these folks for years, especially when I lived in Burnet. Cyndi, Terry and the crew have never disappointed. Now, living an hour away for many years, I have used auto shops much closer to me - mostly with disappointment. After an especially disappointing (and very expensive) service at a local shop I decided to make the drive to Burnet. My car made it just over halfway before I had to call them for a tow (even that service was exceptional). These people have earned my trust and my business even if it means a long drive (and a tow). 5 star service every time!

On a trip down from WI and developed a weird noise in the front end. They were able to squeeze us in, fix the issue, and get us back on the road.
If you are looking for sugar and spice and free lattes like some of the previous reviewers, this is not your place. They are too busy getting cars in and out of the shop. Come here for professional work.
