Mr Mark (owner ) was very helpful and willing to open the store for me, even though they were closed ! (December 26, 2017, 1:19 pm)I found them very helpful and pleasant. I also had a cylinder out of test and the $30.00 rate I was given was $5.00 less than a competitor in Burnet. I own my tank and it had been out of test for some time. Not sure I understand the other review as I read this just before I posted and what I experienced was not the case. I think the previous review has a vendetta not reflective of the people at usoxo.
