“This store is right across the street from my house and I am a frequent here. I’m not usually a fan of overpriced items and the attitudes I typically deal with in Walgreens/CVS stores... but with that said, this location is a MAJOR exception. Everyone here is so courteous and friendly. One time recently at this store I left my sons Ice Cream on the counter after checkout (along with many other items) and went home and forgot about it... the next time in the store a man named Kevin came up to me and said “did you happen to leave your ice cream here the other day?” (I had to rack my brain and then said “oh yeah, I did!”) he went to the back cooler and got them for me and they had my name on it! Sometimes I call ahead and they cool down champagne in their cooler for my wife and I before we arrive. David, their store manager, is an amazing gentlemen as well and treats his whole staff with respect and understanding. I have seen it first hand! I could go on for days about this place but I think this is enough said! Great location!!!!!”

“The best cleaning I've ever had. With my previous dentist cleanings were basically hour long lectures about not flossing enough combined with pain and lots of blood. Here the experience was super fast, no lectures, no pain (I'm sure due to the skill level of the staff and their state of the art equipment) my teeth are cleaned and I'm out the door in 30 minutes. “My dad moved into the Heritage at Twin Creeks in April 2019 around the same time that Paula West-Hicks became the Executive Director of the facility. Paula has been an advocate for my dad since he moved in and I think she's done a fabulous job dealing with the Covid-19 restrictions regarding visitations. Paula and Suzie Powell ( Social Director) came up with a creative idea of how we could visit our loved ones in front of the building and not risk infection. My dad was on the enclosed patio behind a stone wall, and I could visit him from the other side of the stone wall. I can book a one hour visitation time. Paula has kept all residents safe from Covid-19. These visitations are so important to me to be able to see my dad during these quarantined times! The executive staff and the Med Techs will make sure your loved one is well taken care of at the Heritage! Hopefully in the near future we can get back to visitations inside the building and the fun social events that Suzie plans for the residents every week!”

“Walked in from waiting at another salon for about 35 minutes over our appointment and hadn’t even been seated. So we left and we’re a walk in at bonjour nails without even calling ahead of time. Immediately seated, asked what we wanted to drink, and talked over what we wanted done, and everyone was very friendly. Copied my reference photo amazingly and am so happy with the service!
