“I have been neglecting my Teeth for years. I was very skeptical about where to go. I got an ad for Monticciolo and it was a few blocks from my house. From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front Kat & Crystal were very pleasant and polite so they made me feel comfortable right away. When I was called back, the Assistant Denise was very welcoming and also put me at ease with her happy and knowledgeable personality. She asked some questions and explained a few things very thoroughly which also made me feel more comfortable. After X-Rays, Dr. Engelsberg came in, introduced himself and proceeded to explain all that was damaged. He was very kind, had a great personality and was very informative about the impending things that needed to be done. The whole staff that I dealt with was very kind and caring. I didn't just feel like a patient but a friend. When I was done and the cost was being discussed by Denise, I didn't just feel like a human cash register. They offered all the options explaining which were cheaper, temporary, permanent and more logical. I thank them very much for their kindness and would recommend them to anyone. “As soon as I step foot in the door, I receive a warm greeting from the friendly staff waiting to take my order. The staff are very patient and give me the time to decide on what I want to eat as I like to switch it up every now and again. Most other places make me feel rushed. On my recent visit, I had the honor of being helped by a really nice girl in-training. She was very nice and made sure that my order was exactly what I wanted before it was placed. The manager was also great as he offered me to try out a new jalapeño ranch sauce that they were planning to introduce, which was incredible. Both the nice girl in training and the manager check on me multiple times throughout my visit to make sure everything was well. It’s customer service like that, that will keep me coming back. I certainly look forward to my next visit!”

The decor is rather typical newer suburban strip mall style which is adequate for sure. The only drawback was a very cold and impersonal male counter/waiter staff who was colder than a computer. “I've gone a couple times and loved it. I grew up with homemade Korean food because my mom's from Korea. This is how authentic food is supposed to taste. I am especially fond of the main dish because it's my all-time favorite food, spicy rice cakes. Not only is the texture of the rice cakes/fish cakes and the thickness/sweetness/spiciness of the sauce perfection, there were detailed touches of fried dumplings, glass noodles and hard boiled eggs. My husband loves the donkatsu :)”

“This is a great location with extremely great staff. Whenever they have a problem with staff they get rid of them or retrain them very quickly. Food is almost always outstanding at this location. Sometimes there is a line but very rarely. Parking is a little weird at this location to being in the strip center however getting into the location is not too difficult.”

“I've been passing Cafe Del Rio on 75 for sometime now. The colors and lights of the building always caught my attention. Today my family and I finally got a chance to eat here. Walking into the building there is a door for children to walk through. It didn't lead anywhere but the front lobby but my son enjoyed it and set the mood for eat of evening. There are plenty of colors and things to look at here. The staff are very friendly and welcomed us immediately upon entry. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs and our drinks were always filled. Multiple options on salsa for chips which were fresh cooked in site as well as the tortillas. My wife got tacos to eat and I got fajitas. Both were some of the best tasting we have had in a while. We will definitely be back even with it being slightly further than other options we have closer to home.”
