“Paul and Ryan were my main therapists, but everyone here is incredible at their jobs. They always encourage, fire you up, and keep you just around your limit so you can get the maximum benefit. Some days I needed something slower, and they happily obliged. Some days, most days if I'm honest, I asked them to push my limits and they even more happily obliged. Never once did I feel ignored, incapable, or uneducated on what I was doing. I will be taking these stretches and exercises with me for the rest of my life so I can stay healthy. I would recommend this PT to ANYONE for anything. It was an absolutely incredible experience, and I am legitimately saddened that I am done with PT. “Our daughter has been coached at Kurt Thomas gymnastics for the past 4 years and is now a level 9 gymnast. Every detail regarding her safety, the coaching she receives, the equipment she uses and the communication with us as her parents is completed with excellence. The practices are precisely organized for maximum progress during which the girls are encouraged to reach their potential but at the same time forming appropriate yet caring relationships with their coaches.
