I’ve been going to Hillcrest family medical for a few years now and I’m always impressed with the professionalism and how nice everyone is to you! Everyone is very knowledgeable and makes sure you know 100% what’s wrong and will explain what things are if you don’t know!! Thank y’all for making going to the doctors easy and comfortable!
If you're going to 1 star someone at least explain why. I have been going to Dr. Pepperell for years and have never had a problem at all.
The staff is always friendly. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes because it isn't overbooked. The nurses are awesome. The phlebotomist is very good if you are scared of needles.
Doctor Pepperell listens to me and he is very knowledgeable in current medicine. Old enough to have experience and young enough to not be stuck in 1984 medical ideas.
All in all he deserves a five start rating for running a practice that actually cares about people.
Very friendly and considerate. One of the best doctors I've been to.
