“The best gym in the area! I love that my kids can have gymnastics, tumbling, cheer and ninja practices at the same time and there are so many options for classes. All 4 is the cleanest facility we have been to and they have a ton of new equipment. The coaches are great about giving attention to each student individually and being really supportive. In the future covered parking would be a great idea for when we don’t want to miss practice during storms.”

“We HIGHLY RECOMMEND DX3 for youth looking to improve their agility, strength, and stamina. We live in the Boston area and spend summers in Texas visiting family. 2017 was our 2nd summer at DX3. "Cheese" and his staff are outstanding- dedicated athletes who have turned their passion for sports into helping young people achieve the results they want. The folks at DX3 truly care about young people- their physical and mental/emotional self. My 3 sons began school this Fall with a higher focus and determination that- quite honestly- I don't typically see when they start the school year. When I asked one of them about the change, I was told that "Cheese" impressed on them to strive for excellence in everything that they do- on the field and in the classroom; they should always seek to reach their personal best everyday. So, in addition to my 15 yr old making the HS varsity soccer team; my 13 yr old making the middle school varsity football and soccer teams; and my 11 yr old securing a starting position on an elite hockey team, all three have independently chosen to take advance level classes in school this year- motivated by this idea of personal excellence. Even though I've told them similar things, something about the way Cheese said it, made it click and stick for them and their living it! I'm truly proud of them and can't thank everyone at DX3 enough for all that they do to contribute to the personal growth of my kids. We all look forward to seeing Cheese and his staff at DX3 Summer 2018!”

“Fun place! Took a group of 6 kids ranging from 9-15. All of them had fun at the open gym. There were kids as little as 5 enjoying it, too. Some things were impossible for the kids I brought, but they still had fun trying them out. They let us bring our own water bottles in. We bought little packets of Dippin' Dots as a snack at one point. Great comfy seats for parents to watch. I called in advance to make sure all 6 kids (from different families) had the waivers signed. I highly recommend that, even if you think you're all set. We will definitely be back!”

“When I had my first phone call with Bob to see if we were a good fit, we talked for a whole hour! In that hour, he never tried to sell me his services. Before I decided to get a personal trainer, I did A LOT of research on the most effective mode of exercise, muscle building, phasing workouts etc. So I went into our phone call knowing exactly what I wanted my workouts to consist of. Bob's philosophy on exercise is shared by the nation's best trainers! Lastly, since Bob and I had similar passions for health and fitness, we had a lot to talk about during our sessions, and he always generously gave me extra time so I could still get in an effective workout.”
