I shared with my salesman before I came in that I had to be really careful about staying safe. Socially distancing. How could I buy a car? He made everything possible for me to come in at a quiet time with few people there and get the car I wanted with very little contact, I felt completely safe and I have a resource there who will be my person for questions I have going forward. Ross in service is fantastic. Set up service and loaner vehicle quickly. Dropped off vehicle, explained scope of work and how long it would take. Loaner car was a available quickly, no hassle or waiting. Work was completed on timely basis as discussed. He called confirming it was ready. No hassle drop off of loaner and pick up of my vehicle!
