Best customer service at the Frisco location ever! Our sales Rep Named Katherine, which by the way has only been working at the location for 4 days, was so helpful, friendly & very knowledge about everything in the store. Rooms to go is the place to go if you’re looking for Quality Furniture at great prices! Highly recommend you visit this location and ask for Katherine... when I tell you she was awesome is an understatement (she even drew it out for me so I could visualize the changes), know that’s great customer service!

About Raj: I bought sofa set yesterday and Raj is a sales person helping us. RAJ is a fabulous person he go over with all the models and helped to make discussion. He is always helps to make discussion easy and he don't hesitate to show all models.

When I walked in he greeted me and my mother immediately, brought us to exactly what I was looking for, and even price matched my sectional saving me $700! Really nice furniture for some fair prices, but Our salesman Samuel made the entire experience even better. Great dude who can help you find whatever you need, and he even kept my frustrated two year old entertained the whole time. Excellent customer service on his part. Definitely going back
