Liz was extremely knowledgable, professional, had a great personality, and nice. We asked a lot of technical / difficult questions about the bed and she knew all the answers and was extremely patient with us. She stayed 2 hours after closing to get everything done. I'm in sales myself and Liz would get 6 stars if I could give. Wife and I are extremely happy.

Buying a bed is a big decision, and weighing all the different options in the hopes of getting great sleep at night takes time. Liz went above and beyond in explaining all the features of the different mattress options and made me feel very comfortable, while taking my time laying on each one! I felt like I was talking with one of my friends going through this process. She is patient, thorough, friendly and fun. She honestly loves what she does & it shows. What a great experience! I can’t wait for our new Sleep Number bed to arrive!
