“OUTSTANDING CARE!!! My great aunt has been living at La Fontaine Memory Care since January. She came from another facility where she lived for five years. La Fontaine far exceeds the care she was receiving before. I feel my aunt is safe and well taken care of. I'm two minutes away and stop in sporadically throughout the week. Always find a consistent atmosphere! The entire staff is wonderful! I love to watch them interact with the residents. Super patient and upbeat with them! The activity director also does a great job getting the residents involved. Families always need to remember that facilities are not 100 percent perfect, but I am extremely happy with La Fontaine!”

“We stopped in at Culver’s in Kenosha at the advice of Wisconsin locals (we are from Vancouver BC Canada). We ordered the deep fried 10 piece shrimp fries and drink combo, cheese burger deluxe combo, chicken strips and fries combo and a wild-cherry concrete mixer. WOW! So delicious - everything! We were all impressed - fresh veggies on the burger - lettuce tomatoe pickle onion - everything served piping hot. Sure - the shrimp was a little greasy but totally expected. Choice of dipping sauces. Our server was a delight, friendly and helpful. We paid, given a table number, went outside in their clean outdoor sitting area and food served within minutes. What I thought was really adorable was all their cute marketing signage on all their products. We arrived in the heart of the lunch rush 1pm on Sunday July 3. Super happy we stopped in and would go back. The burger reminded me of a smash burger - so yummy and NOT greasy, it was also fully cooked!”

“These guys are amazing. I really recommend going there if you need a COVID test immediately. They make the process simple and pain free. You go in give them your information and park your car, after a few minutes of the nurses come to your car take a swab and tell you you’re good to go. I went in at around 11 AM and got my results the same day at 8:30PM. We really should thank and recognize these guys because they are definitely working days and nights to make sure we get the results on the same day. Very good job ladies and gents!!”

“I was in Church with a friend who went through Dr. Bonaventura in Indy and Evansville. Dr. Chilvers worked with him so we went to her after a ton of prayer. My husband had been married before for 23 years and never could have children. We never doubted that God sent us to her and we knew 100% that we were going to receive the blessing we had prayed for. The baby she helped us create is now a handsome 9 year old. She called me to check on me on her lunch after I was already released from the Fertility clinic and to an OB. As fate would have it, she was in the cafeteria when we went to get lunch. She came to our table and she was just so incredibly kind, personable as always and just made us really happy that she cared so much about our journey. She is informative, compassionate and outstanding. I will always have a heart for her. She helped my husband and I so much and he was 50 so it was a one time deal for us. I pray that anyone suffering from fertility issues to reach out. It’s worth it!!”

“Had to have gallbladder surgery after gallstones caused me some crazy pain! Loved this small office that provided personal attention and showed great compassion. Doc is very personable and open. He has an exceptional bed side manner. After previous medical appointments, I’d have to google verbiage rattled off to me. This was not the case here. He will take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have. He will explain thoroughly what to expect. I wasn’t concerned at all going into surgery. And, I felt immediately better that same day! On a side note, he has a good sense of humor and is an amazing photographer. I personally liked that an artist was going to preform my surgery because I knew he would have an eye for detail.”
