“What a great experience... Baby girl was craving Italian so we figured we would try Gallo Nero in Frisco. It turned out to be a great choice. Awesome staff - super friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. The food was really good - I had the veal parmesan which was nice sized and well prepared. Baby girl had the tour of Italy which is a lot of food - I ended up finishing it up for her and it was delicious. This is a really nice place for a casual dinner”

I will never be able to thank her enough for her patience, her kindness, and the level of attention she pays to every single one of her patients. I was referred to Dr. Innes by my fertility specialist after 4 prior miscarriages, as he knew she'd dot every "I" and cross every "T" in an attempt to see us through our 5th and final pregnancy. From my first appointment with her until the time she delivered our son, she provided the utmost in care at every turn. “My boys are 8 and 13 and just moved to Tiger Rock recently. My 8 year old had been complaining about going to martial arts every week when we were attending somewhere else. Both boys were super excited when they took the trial class at Tiger Rock. The price was higher (though you can come to all lessons offered for your belt group, not just one a week) and also takes twice as long to drive to, but they both begged to take lessons here. It was a no-brainer for us. I’ve sat in on several lessons and see why they love it so much. There is so much structure, discipline, and they work them well every time. Their expectations for performance are high—-and my kids love it. The instructors are all super nice and this place is very professional. My teenager is super shy and was so excited about how welcoming and helpful the other students were to him—they don’t just teach martial arts here. It is worth the money and time for sure. Best move we ever made. Can’t say enough good things! HIGHLY recommend.”
