Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible. “The corned beef sandwich on rye bread was very good with a nice deli brown mustard. The potato salad was interesting, a bit chunkier than I expected, but it had good flavor. The pickle plate was a nice touch. I topped the meal off with an outstanding Doc Brown's black cherry soda. The owner stopped by to see how we liked the meal, and we had a brief conversation about how much we enjoyed their bagels that usually brings us in. They make a solid lunch, and there was a good crowd in the store. They were out of the egg bagels, but they graciously offered to make some fresh for us. It worked out perfectly, since the bagels were hot and ready to go at the end of our meal. We will definitely keep coming back for the bagels, and we will add them to our list of favorite lunch spots.”

“My daughter goes to see Dr Faulkner at Collin County Pediatrics in Frisco. The office staff is the best, never have a problem getting same day appointments, never wait longer than 5-10 min to get called back. There is a waiting room for sick children and one for healthy kids so you don't have to worry about your little one getting sick on wellness visits. They are also great about call backs and follow ups. Dr Faulkner is so great, she always has an accurate diagnosis and takes the time to explain things. I wouldn't take my daughter any where else!”

Shannon's focus is the child and their well-being. As to claims about her ethics, we have experienced the exact opposite of the things we read but we expected that.
