I love the coaching in the program. It helped my daughter a lot. I have definitely seen progress in three months.

I love the coaching session that my son had with Paula Brañez.
With Paula’s coaching my son was able to overcome his fear to sleep alone and we were able to establish a bed time routine.
That also resulted in my son get more rested and better prepared for school.

Coaching has really made a difference in both our daughter’s lives. Paula first worked with our oldest, when she was 14 a couple of years ago. Based on the results we knew that our youngest would also benefit from the program. Paula is currently coaching our 12 yer old.
She helped our daughters understand how they can improve and maximize their potential, identifying roadblocks and helping them establish routines and activities that help them overcome these obstacles.
They really made incredible improvement with areas like self esteem, and also understanding how they have the power to choose how to confront different situations.
It also helped us understand how they are thinking and how to help them in their journey of becoming the best version of themselves.
This work definitely helps with the development of kids, empowering them to constantly improve. It is really important to continue with this effort and we congratulate Fundacion Heroe for this important mission they have.
