I always try to avoid fights but if i'm forced to defend myself i feel much more confident that I can take care of it.

(May 17, 2018, 5:12 pm)Fast paced. I've now been here for about three weeks and everyone has been great. Good teachers, nice students. It's non-stop, high-energy classes. One heck of a workout and great self-defense material. So far it's awesome.
