(July 25, 2018, 12:29 pm)I went here around 2 years ago and I have been coming here ever since. The skills I have learned here are very practical and useful in real world scenarios. I always try to avoid fights but if i'm forced to defend myself i feel much more confident that I can take care of it.
(May 17, 2018, 5:12 pm)Fast paced. I've now been here for about three weeks and everyone has been great. Good teachers, nice students. It's non-stop, high-energy classes. One heck of a workout and great self-defense material. So far it's awesome.
