Great service from Lee at New Life Medical, from the first phone call until i got my product delivered. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, which made it a smooth straightforward journey. Lee personally delivered my wheelchair at my house in Brownsville, Texas and quickly got me on it making some on the spot modifications and adjustments. Also explained everything to me and still kept in touch with me after his visit to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely 5 star customer service…

Great company to deal with. I especially want to single out Lee, the driver that delivered my workstation. He truly went above and beyond all expectations of awesome service. I was absolutely no help at all to him as I'm disabled and he not only moved some furniture around for me, but volunteered to sweep up the area as well. He then brought everything in, set it all up, then gave me a quick orientation on how it all worked. Very patient, very helpful. I am extremely satisfied and very pleased with the service.
