Dr. Thompson does an outstanding job of explaining how the body is put together and what has happened depending on your issue/symptoms
and he'll explain the results of your imaging via MRI/CT scan and give you multiple options. Never pushy and really down to earth guy with major experience. I've had my right knee scoped 5 years ago and have fully recovered within 3-4 months and have currently having my right shoulder evaluated with a labrum tear and small rotator cuff tear.

One of the things I like is he works out, takes care of himself and you can tell understands the importance of getting you back to doing the things you love in your life.

Anyone I dealt with in the Alpha Orthopedic clinic made me feel my injury was as important to them as it is to me. Especially Leticia. She understood the need to get my arm and shoulder taken care of quickly, and she found a way like a real professional. She got it done, got the doctors approval, made the appointment, and got her co-worker to submit the insurance paperwork that day. I talked to the insurance company, and they verified the urgency was expressed by the doctor, it is being processed and I feel this group cares about me and jumped in and made it happen. Dr. Thompson has 5star reviews and I have confidence to have him open me up and do the best possible surgery possible anywhere. My prayers are with you Dr. Thompson that you can save my arm.

The only complaint is the long wait even without having to fill out a form. Even when on time, the wait is about 20 minutes before shown into the examination room, then again at least 20 min. or so before the doctor came, plus another 10 min. for another service to take place. Otherwise satisfied with the doctor and staff.
