“I have had C.O.P.D. for 26 years, during that period of time I have had exactly 2 Pulmonologist's. The first one was asked to leave the practice he worked at by his fellow Doctors. The second one had started several " clinics" he consistently asked you to join for a fee. Both did nothing for me but have me take Ct scans just to confirm what I already new. As a result I had not even considered seeing another until my PCP suggest I go see Dr Nebor simply to find out if there were any products available that I was not aware of. Even though I am a member of the C.O.P.D. foundation and was sure there were none, I went anyway. I developed a Digestive issue that was causing me quite a bit of bloating, after a colonoscopy and an endoscopy determined I had stomach inflamation. What I found in Dr Nebor was a a person who took the time the through CT scans I had previously taken to out line what was occuring that potentially could cause problems with my C.O.P.D. After several breathing tests we sat down and discussed everything in detail. I was so very impressed with him that I can assure you I will and do consider him to be the absolute best Pulmonologist I have seen and anybody else would be hard pressed to beat. His last words to me were " I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you" I said but you have Doctor a lot more than anyone else ever has.”

“I’ve had a trouble tooth for over 9 months now. I finally went in to get my root canal done. From start to finish the process was painless and easy (seriously I had zero pain). His staff were very pleasant- Rebecca was hit assistant during my appt. and she was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Dr. Lloyd talked me through the entire thing and made me feel confident about my treatment plan and what I could expect. My tooth was not drying out, so I have to return in a few weeks to get my permanent crown put on. Today (6/2/22) is 2 days after my initial appointment and like I mentioned earlier I have had ZERO pain. I took a ibuprofen as recommended just as my numbing was wearing off but haven’t had to take anything for pain or discomfort since. No bruising or swelling. “This place is really AMAZING! From the time you walk in the front door, the greeting we received by the Receptionist was VERY WELCOMING & HOSPITABLE!!! She took the time to not only acknowledge us, but made sure that she accommodated us by asking us if we would care for a cold beverage, (it was extremely hot outside that day) & then took the time to ask & make sure that she was addressing our questions to get us to the right person(s)! The Director came out shortly after being called & gave us a VERY WARM WELCOME & then proceeded to show us around the BEAUTIFUL FACILITY! While we were touring Harbor Chase, the Director of Nursing, stopped what she was doing & introduced herself. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, as well! She was EXTREMELY WARM & FRIENDLY, & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the facility and ALL OF THE RESIDENTS! She explained to us how all of the staff TRULY CARES for all of the residents there, just like FAMILY, & ALWAYS LOVE to go above & beyond to meet all of their needs, and some! The dining area(s) were VERY clean, organized & very inviting! The residents rooms (that we were able to see) were really nice sized rooms, & the residents all seemed to be VERY COMFORTABLE & HAPPY there. I was REALLY IMPRESSED with our entire visit! This facility is EXACTLY where I would have COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND putting my loved one, KNOWING that they would be cared for 24/7! We are in the process of relocating our loved ones & once we get their financials squared away, we will be filling out the paperwork for them to come live at Harbor Chase McKinney!”

“This place is number three of a larger organization to help people that are in the middle of extreme stress situations. The people are wonderful hear yes. All of them. I got extremely stressed almost a panic attack and possibly could have needed to go to the hospital but I chose to come and check myself in here instead. Everyone is extremely professional friendly kind caring giving and loving. They also offer a lot of help with medication & a whole list of things including housing. They offer three balanced meals a day. They have outpatient up on heritage drive And also and also a clinic in Plano if you are leveling are in need of crisis it's a definite alternative to a hospital.”
