“Stopped by this past Thursday to plan a grilling weekend. They are doing something right because they typically have a few folks in the store - either browsing grills or adding to their supplies. “Best Doctor Ever!!! I definitely recommend him he made me feel very secure of my high risk pregnancy. I love him & the nurses they are the best!!! He will definitely be delivering all of my babies. The best part of Dr.Rajala is that he will let me see my daughter more thank normal in the ultrasound. I have a lot of ultrasound pictures a book full of them thanks to Dr.Rajala. He also made me feel secure I felt comfortable all the time. I would go to the EM room a lot & every time I went. I will follow up with Dr.Rajala & he always made sure my daughter was healthy. He is also a very patient person I had an emergency c-section & the nurses & Dr.Rajala calmed me down. It was the scariest moment I’ve ever experienced. He talked to me & told me everything was going to be okay, will my bf was getting dressed to come into the delivery room. I was having trouble breathing & I was feeling dizzy etc. Dr.Rajala was the one who called me down I definitely recommend Dr.Rajala best Doctor Ever!!! I also had a lot of questions as a first time Mommy & he made sure to answer every one of them as well as his nurse. I definitely recommend Dr.Rajala he will make sure your babies are safe I promise”

“I would like to tell you a story about what a great employee Daphne in flooring is. We had an issue with the bamboo flooring color that was ordered by one of the men in the flooring department. It was the wrong color. Much darker than what we wanted. When I went in to discuss what our options were on getting the right color in before the install date I met Daphne. What an angel she was when I was so stressed out about the timeline for install. She assured me she would take care of everything for me. She got right on ordering the new color setting up delivery and pickup of the wrong color and made sure the transition boards were changed to the right color as well. Every detail was taken care of without fail and she even called me back to let me know everything was taken care of when she finished (something that most of your employees fail to do even though the promised the they would). I am so impressed with her customer service skills. I own a Salon and would be proud to have her on my team. She is my new "Best Friend" and I will stop by to see her every time I come to the store which is at least once a week. I would love for her to be recognized by Home Depot as one of the Employee of the Month recipients if that is something that you do. You should reward your best and brightest team members. I have been to a few chiropractors before and they normally rush through the questions and adjustment but Dr Harris dived deep into my history and addressed all my questions/ concerns.
