    I had a great workout. It has been awhile since I’ve worked out so I was a little intimidated on my way to the center. Once I got there I was made to feel very welcomed. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Coach Sharne was so much fun. Pushed when I needed pushing and was attentive to make sure I wasn’t over doing myself. All and all it was a great 1st day workout for me. Signed up for 8 classes on the spot. Thank you!

    Love the staff and coaches!!! They offer group and individual guidance and instruction accommodate an excellent workout regardless of your fitness level. They continuously motivate us to achieve our personal goals while keeping your safety in mind by offering modifications to excises within the daily workouts. Personally, I have never left an OTF workout without the euphoric feeling of knowing that I was pushed and supported to become a stronger and healthier version of myself.

    Excellent management. They mean what they say and they are truly there for their customers. I’ve always enjoyed their workouts no matter who the instructor is and I am looking forward to going back as soon as I feel ready. Highly recommend.

    I love OTF, the coaches are the best! The coaches will correct your form and encourage you to do your best with each workout! The gym itself is spotless and always really clean. The staff that checks you in, are always friendly and have a smile on their faces. If I’ve ever had to call the studio about a billing question or to book/cancel a class, the staff is always really polite and helps me correct the problem promptly. I highly recommend!
