  Excellent experience overall. Entire staff was extremely kind and caring. Busy animal hospital, but very well organized (especially while handling things during COVID-19 restrictions). All cost estimates were explained up front and we were immediately informed via phone with any updates after examinations, tests, etc. I highly recommend this facility.

  Last week my 17 year old dog had intense pain. The staff took the correct safety protocols and took the care necessary for everyone’s well being. Unfortunately, we had to put him down. The staff took care of our dog like it was theirs we appreciate their compassion in his last hours . From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you.

  My puppy had increased swelling on his paw after a dewclaw removal. It was after hours so I brought him here to have a professional determine if there was something wrong with the site or the bandage was just too tight. They had my puppy looked at and back out to me within 10 minutes! Miranda has fantastic customer service and was so helpful! Thank you guys for the great care!

  On a Saturday afternoon our dog wasn't doing well. We took him to the emergency animal hospital. Dr Scholl treated our guy. She was very patient with me in explaining how & when to administer medication & gave me several suggestions. I felt my dog had good care while there. They helped him feel better until we could get back to our primary vet for more testing. We have used this facility several times with two dogs. Each time we have been very satisfied with care.

  From the moment I called to find out the initial price of the office visit, I was treated with such care and understanding. The person on the phone gave me great information on things I could do to gather enough money for my dog to be seen. I have a 14 year old who actually belonged to my 9 year old who passed away from cancer in 2007. So, I do get really worried when he gets sick. Dr. Rizwan Shazad was completely beyond amazing. This is totally not a place that only cares about money. Everyone was genuinely compassionate and understanding that given the time we are living in, finances are not good for everyone. It is an emergency place so it is more expensive but I am so thankful they came up with a solution to fit my budget and hopefully nurse my dog back to good health!
