Reggie was AWESOME! We don’t live in Plano and had been to two different dealerships and driven 2 different vehicles (Toyota Highlander Hybrid & Subaru Forester) so we were already tired and ready to go home. The car-buying process is torture and I typically dread every second of it, but Reggie made the process pretty seamless. It helped that we went in knowing the exact car we wanted to test drive and buy, but Reggie still did everything to keep the process short and sweet. We had our two little pups with us and everyone loved them and encouraged us to visit the little dog park connected to the main building. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the finance guy trying to sell me on the extended warranties when I said no and never talking about interest rates. He showed me one rate and expected me to be okay with it. Regardless, I’m glad I went and I’m glad I got to work with Reggie on this. He was extremely nice, very professional, and wasn’t pushy at all! We never felt like he was just trying to sell us on something. He also had them detail our Forester and make sure there was a full tank of gas - which may seem like a given but so many dealerships do not do this for their customers (it’s the little things that count). If you’re in the market for a Subaru, or any car really, look at Ewing Subaru of Plano and ask for Reggie, you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience. Nice staff. My salesman was very informed and very friendly. Was able to answer all my questions and was able to find a car that fit exactly what I wanted. The best part was I never felt pressured to purchase anything. Walked out with a 2021 Ascent. Love it. The car, salesman and dealership all get 5 stars.

It's a really nice and clean place, they're really nice people and I feel they take really good care of your needs and help you meet your budget when buying a car. However the service department has some flaws. They offer you free maintenance for a period of time on new vehicles and free car washes for life and the first time I took my new vehicle for a car wash I waited over an hour when they said it'll only take 30 minutes only to find out my car had been done and was just sitting in the back without being notified and sat waiting in service department.
