Audi Plano

Who can say that the car buying process is anything close to a pleasant experience. I am the type of buyer that avoids the haggle and back and for. I come with a reasonable offer and want to know if it is doable. If not, I am happy to walk out. Well, for some reason I always get cut on the same trap. Nevertheless, Audi Plano was better than most. They are respectful and provide a very good service. It is a tough competition on the luxury car market so I always expect them to go above and beyond. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Will you need patience as in most car buying deals? Absolutely. Could never give 5 stars to any dealer but this one gets 4 when I would give most a 2.

I bought my S5 about 6 months ago and Danny was extremely helpful, patient, and trust worthy, I DEFINITELY recommend him. He answered every question in great detail and I felt very comfortable doing business with the dealership all because of him. 6 months later and any time I need something that has to do with service, tire changes, or general questions, he is still as helpful as the day we made the deal. I recommend him to all my family members and I suggest everyone else do the same. It’s so hard finding great car salesmen that make you feel so happy with your decision even 6 months later.

I absolutely had the best experience ever. I flew in from California to get this car because I could not find the color that I wanted here in CA. From start to finish I was treated like royalty. Neil (General Sales Manager) has been hands on and so helpful through this entire experience. My sales guy Ricky Reed is the best at what he does and also great to work with and very knowledgeable. I am a Finance Director for 6 auto dealerships and have been in the business for 26 years so I expect exceptional service. I must say that this was by far is my best buying experience that I have ever had. I came back home and spoke in our sales meeting the following day and explained to our staff that everyone buying from us should feel the way that I felt purchasing from Audi Plano. My finance guy Marcio was awesome as well. Keep up the great work guys. You have exceeded my expectations and have earned a customer for life!

I had the pleasure of working with Tracy at Audi Plano and he set me up with two test drives of vehicles I had seen in their inventory online. I ended up moving forward with an Audi Q5 in the exact color/trim I was looking for. Tracy and the Audi Plano staff were extremely accommodating and professional.
