[Update] It's been 2 years since I wrote my review and I'm still going back every month. You can't beat $90 for a 90 minute massage in the Plano area. I'm always left relaxed and revitalized and regular massage is keeping away my chronic lower back pain. I still give Foot Renew 5 stars.

Always on the look out for a good massage and Foot Renew stands out. Obviously the name is misleading because they look after the whole body from head to toe.
The room was comfortable and just the right temperature and nice wide massage table to relax on.
They also offer back walking for those who like a really deep massage and to get some good muscle stretching.
I found the price for a 60 minute massage was comparable to the area but the 90 minute better. I'd highly recommend paying the little extra so more time can be spent on the deep knots (my calves are always knotted up)
The only downside is that walls have ears. ..they're thin and you can hear people talking in the next room. It's not too much of a distraction, however.
Overall, very friendly owner and staff, get your feet or head or back worked over and walk out feeling refreshed and renewed. Looking forward to booking my next appointment.
