He didn’t like the way the racing stripes were done on my daughter’s car so he is getting them redone. They paid the overage on her rental car also. Messed up my vehicle during the snowstorm and he came out to my home in the ice and snow to evaluate and pickup my vehicle. He made sure I had a rental. We super sufficient with updates and was working much faster than my insurance company! Picking up my vehicle was awesome everyone in the office was beyond friendly and helpful!
